Your contact

You have several ways to contact us. Just call us, send us an e-mail or use our contact form. As soon as we receive your request, we will contact you immediately.

Your documents

During the first contact, we will be happy to discuss your wishes and needs regarding your mortgage. We will then let you know what documentation we need to understand your situation fully.

Our Overview & First Meeting

Based on your documents, we will get a first overview and create a dossier for you. Then, if you wish, we can make an appointment to get to know each other better. This can be done in person at our office in Oberrieden on Lake Zurich, by phone or video call (WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, Teams). We will deepen your wishes at this first appointment and discuss the further procedure.

Offers Check & compare offers

We will contact various banks or lenders based on the created dossier and obtain offers. Once we have all the offers together, we will analyze them and discuss them with you to decide which solution best ''exceeds'' your requirements and expectations and should be pursued further.

Close

We contact the lender and conduct negotiations based on your specifications and our recommendations. As soon as we have a suitable solution, we close the deal with the lender and put your wishes into practice.
